No, you can start a web meeting instantly and send invitations to your participants via email or IM. If you know about an online conference in advance, you can send out meeting invitations right from Fuze Meeting, and give attendees advance notice.

Nice, but how?
What I really want to do is continue using my Google Calendar invites, and add meeting details by pasting in. Can't find a viable link for this purpose. How do I do this?
