Meeting recording is a feature available on our Pro, Business, and Enterprise packages. There's a red recording button in the upper right hand corner that you can use to start recording. For a more detailed tutorial, check out our YouTube video on recording: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BnsMTg5FZvI

Can I revise a deadline I have established on a recording?
Hello Cquine! Yes you can revise a deadline you have established on a recording. Once you log into your Fuze Meeting Account, go to Meetings and then select Recorded Meetings which is on the left side of the page. Once you are on the Recorded Meetings page, go to the box of the recorded meeting and place your mouse over the text, "Publish a Fuze Meeting Replay Link to this meeting." You can then Revoke the Fuze Meeting Replay Link and then Publish the recorded link with the revised deadline. You'll see the Revoke button on the right side of the recorded meeting (view attached file). I hope that helps!
I have recorded a meeting successfully but there is no sound on the recording. I used my own telephone to call a customer....... please advise
How do I record video along with my content? I tried by 'joining video conf' and had my camera on and then hit record - everything works, but my video isn't in playback?
Scot
Hi Scot, unfortunately the video conferencing portion of meetings is not included in meeting recordings. You can vote for the feature and add to the conversation here: http://support.fuzemeeting.com/entries/20138721
