Agreed - I've just recommended this to our statewide training group of 1,000 instructors - the train 30,000 people a year.  I hold 1-2 meetings and trainings per week with many non-technical folks who have a hard enough time with hyperlinks and entering digits and entry codes.  Here's some pre-instructions I send via email in advance to folks hoping and praying that the course doesn't fail and I spend more time being the tech support than the instructor.  If I continue to spend 45 minutes of a 3 hour training (Includes Only Powerpoint and WMV Videos w/Audio) being tech support, I'm going to have to jump back to the other companies, I can't afford this kind of continued failure - we need an .exe that does and checks everything and connects a person to the meeting (or something close - one click connect).

Step 1 – Test Your System: https://www.fuzemeeting.com/files/ookla/PROD/Detector.html

(Install any software identified in the test – this is needed to make sure you can connect)

Step 2 – Connect to the meeting:  https://www.fuzemeeting.com/fuze/uturn180/meeting#

Step 3If you have a microphone (or headset with a microphone) , you can choose VOIP audio option to hear the instructor.

-         If you do not have a Microphone, you must call into the AUDIO portion of the meeting by calling the following phone number: 775-xxx-xxxx
