How do I cancel my Fuze Meeting subscription?

To ensure security and minimize accidental disruptions to service, we ask that you call us to cancel your account.  You can reach our support line at +1 (800) 844-4118 or via our International Numbers. You may reach our cancellation line by calling 866-470-1901 and pressing ONE.

You may also email us to terminate your account. Please provide the name and email address associated with the account you wish to cancel, to care-fuze@fuzebox.com.

Cancel my subscription immediately.

This is the 3rd time I have requested it.

Jason Kado was supposed to cancel for February - he failed in such.

I have been charged once more for this month - FUZEbox now owes me credit for two months of service.

This service was a "train wreck" and embarrassment the first two times that I tried to use it and I will not use again nor recommend to another.

We sincerely apologize for dropping the ball. We understand your frustration, and assure you a full refund. One of our billing managers will personally reach out to you with confirmation of your termination and refund shortly. We've recently made a few changes to our cancellation process, and unfortunately they rendered the information previously on this forum topic invalid. Thank you for bringing it to our attention. It is now up to date. Thank you for your patience.

I too have requested my account to be canceled but subsequently I have been charged 76.02 on 4/5/12 after I stated to them via email after receiving a collection email. Alex Z is the on that told me that it was canceled. I am like geez why is this not done!!!!!

Moxxy & Kess immediately cleared up this matter in less than 12hrs as it was just a miscommunication. Great customer service. :-)

Why should I call to the "cancelation department" in 2012? This should be done online with a few clicks. Disappointing.
