Our care team may ask for your Android logs.  To capture and send logs, follow these steps:

 

1)  Download and install Log Collector for Android:  https://market.android.com/details?id=com.xtralogic.android.logcoll...

2)  Launch Fuze Meeting and try to reproduce the issue

3)  Launch Log Collector and  send us the resulting logs
