I have been experiencing some problems with my voip. I log in to voip, they can hear me, but I cannot hear them. They also are using voip or skype. I have checked all my audio settings, the tests show ok and the headset is turned on. Our instructors have also experienced this during their classes. Please advise. We need to get this corrected. Thank you for your time on this.

Some people that attend our meetings have very poor cell reception. Can they hear me through the computer always? and how can they use skype or whatever to talk back if they choose?

Hi Terry, your attendees can always connect via VoIP free of charge as long as they have a headset or mic/speakers set up. To Dial-In via Skype they would have to have Skype already installed on their machine. Then once they select the Skype option from within the meeting they would be prompted to enter the room number followed by the pound sign (Instructions provided within meeting as well).
