How does an international caller dial in to one of my meetings?

The only phone number I am provided for my meetings is a U.S. number. I want to allow international callers to dial in. How can they do that?

Hi Megan, I think you are the first person to use our new support pages so welcome!  You can upgrade your account and add the international dial in package by logging in here:  https://www.fuzemeeting.com/plans.  Once the add-on is enabled, your invites will include a link with international numbers.

You and your attendees will have access to the toll and toll free numbers.  You can see more info here: http://www.fuzemeeting.com/international-audio-conference-numbers

Thanks for the response, Greg. I just chatted online with Denise Brown from Fuze, and she gave me a different answer to the same question. She said international callers can dial in to my regular U.S. number and access my meeting that way. Could you help me understand? I have a call tomorrow morning and need to make sure someone from Germany will be able to get in. Thanks.

Hi Megan, I guess you could say both answers are correct.   Your international callers can certainly use the United States toll number (+1 775), however, they would be subject to international dialing charges.  They can also use free Skype or VoIP.  If you want to give your international callers local toll or toll free numbers to dial, the international add on is the way to go!

If the international collaborator is in a country that is not supported I would think that Skype would be the most cost effective solution - correct?

Hi Robert, good point.  Skype or VoIP are also fine solutions for international callers
