Would like to have polling available in meetings and in webinar format.

Here is a tip until we can integrate improved polling: You can place external survey links in your PPT, PPTX and PDF files uploaded to Fuze Meeting. Today, you may need to make your attendees an annotator to active links but we can change this if thats a problem.

Having a voting or polling feature would greatly help us manage users. We constantly need to ask people what equipment they have so we can tally who has what. Any features appreciated.

It would also be super useful for feedback so we can know how well we did with a given webinar, meeting, etc..
"Thank you very much everyone for you time. I hope you learned a lot. Now please take a moment to answer this brief poll so we can improve our next webinar" Then I press a button and the poll shows up and everyone can simply answer the question.. It should all show up in a "poll results" sectioin within my account. (note; much of the competition already does this).

Polling is actually a requirement for many of the webcasts that we do, since we offer CPE credit. We also need to be able to access a record of responses to the polling question, by attendee, since this provides the rquired evidence to the state CPA Boards that attendees weere there for the entire webcast.
Right now, I have to sign up for a 1 month GoToMeeting subscription every time we have one of these....

It's simple & inexpensive to add an SMS polling service like PollEverywhere to your presentation -- the polling slide shows up on your computer, your participants answer on the fly.

Do we happen to know when this feature might become available? It's a major need for us.

Shawn, thanks for reaching out and I apologize for the delayed response. I'm new to Fuze and I own the Webinar experience. Polling is at the top of our list for needed features for the Webinar experience and we are very close to locking on our plans to implement.
I do have a question for everyone, if we limit the number of answers that can be made available, how many answers could we limit them to?

Hi Arne,
For me, I would say 5 answers would be a good number.

I was going to suggest 5 but wanted to hear back first. Thanks Shawn..
Does everyone agree that 5 is good?

Hi Everyone,
Okay, 5 it is....Polling is definitely in our V1 of Webinar (aka Fuze | Events) and we are just about finished with the design...we have a few screenshots to perfect then it is off to coding. I am getting really excited to have something to show you all....while the polling is needed, I'm most excited about the Event Registration work that we are doing!
If anyone is interested in a sneak peak and would like to take part in a beta....reply to this thread and I'll see what I can do...

A. I would be interested in participating in Event Registration.
B. Polling is needed. 5 is good. I have been participating in Microsoft Live meetings where 5 options are used. It is just enough for getting quick feedback.
C. Be careful about saying design is done and coding is starting. I won't expect to see this option tomorrow.

Thanks for the feedback and interest in the beta. I will reach out to you as we get closer to have something ready for preview.
Paul you are right...starting coding definitely doesn't mean we will be done in one day...that would be awesome if true!! :)
