How do I record meetings? How do I share my recordings? How long do I have access to my recordings?

Meeting recording is a feature available only with our Plus and Pro packages. You can pre-check the “record this meeting” box when you first schedule the meeting, or you can click the red recording button in the upper right hand corner to start recording an active meeting. If you subscribe to our Pro package, please note the video conferencing portion of a meeting does not appear in recordings.

To view recorded meetings you must log in, go to ‘My Meetings’ and click on the ‘Recorded Meetings’ tab at the top. To share a recording, click ‘Publish a Fuze Meeting Replay Link to this meeting’ and enter in the email addresses of those you wish to share it with. You will also have the option to include a password requirement.

Fuze Meeting recordings are published in proprietary format, and they cannot be downloaded or embedded. You will have access to all your previously recorded meetings for as long as you maintain a Fuze Meeting subscription, even if you downgrade to a package that does not include the meeting recording feature.

There's no such an option in iPad version. Account is pro.

Is recording the video conferencing portion of the meeting a planned feature as well?

Thank you,

Are there any plans to add recording the video conference that is shared as part of the meeting? I host webinars where I share my webcam and I would love to post the recording straight from fuze, but it loses something without the video, forcing me to compile an archive in a different way. Thanks!

Hi,

Is it possible to pause recording part way through a meeting - say if we take a break for 10 mins - or is it necessary to staop and restart each time?

Thanks

Hi Nick,

Unfortunately we do not offer a pause option for meeting recording, only record and stop. When you hit stop and then start recording again it will begin a whole new recording. I have created a feature request for the option here: http://support.fuzemeeting.com/entries/20633801-pause-recording

Perhaps one could record less than HD video so that it doesn't take so much bandwidth.  We need video recording for our webinars

When I record a meeting, does it include the meeting materials? For example, if I use a PowerPoint in the meeting, is that shown in the recording?

Hi Ben,

Yes, all meeting content will show up in recordings. Only the video-feed of a video conference is not included in meeting recordings.
