Hello!  If your peers are having trouble hearing you on the audio bridge while you are using your VoIP headset, you can select your default microphone to resolve the issue.  Please listen and watch this recording https://www.fuzemeeting.com/replay_meeting/273fecd3/1825969 or follow these simple steps:

1.  Click on the microphone icon in the Call Attendees panel.

2.  If you are already connected to the audio bridge with your VoIP headset, you will have two choices when you click on the microphone icon - audio settings and disconnect.  Select audio settings!  If you have not yet connected to the audio bridge with your VoIP headset, simply click on the microphone icon and connect.

3.  The Microphone and Speaker Set Up window will appear.  From the microphone drop down tab, select your default microphone and adjust the input.  Adjusting the input controls your microphone's volume.

4.  Finally, click on "Connect."

If you do not know which microphone is your default microphone, go to your Control Panel, select "Hardware and Sound," then select "Sound," and finally select the "Recording" tab in the Sound Window.  Select the microphone with the highest performing input and set it as your default microphone.
