Hi Fuze Community! Good news, we are just about to start beta testing a new implementation of VoIP on Windows. You won't notice much difference visually but you should hear a huge improvement in sound quality - particularly with echo cancellation. If you are interested, please login to our support pages and either reply to this thread or click the "me too" button. We should reach out to you with more info next week via email.
Note to our Mac community: Your turn is just a few weeks away!

Please add me too.
Yes Please. ASAP.
Looking forward to eliminating the echo!
Thanks for the interest everyone. We had a great stress test today including multiple participants without headsets. The test went very well. We have a few more bugs to close out but should be beta ready around November 16th. You'll receive your account login info via email.
Look forward to this added service
New to Fuzemeeting. Sounds like a good feature to explore, use and perfect. Quality at the source.
We expect to be sending out beta instructions tomorrow after we verify a fix. Stay tuned!
Testers, Khara M. just sent an email with instructions for creating your beta accounts. Please let us know how things go.
Hello,
I am not sure how we are supposed to report our experience wiht the beta so I am doing so here. Let me know if I need to do it elsewhere.
We just tried to do a small 3 person meeting, 2 with laptop and 1 with a desktop, all Dell.
With the same settings as before, I, the host, could hear both others but they couldn't hear me but what is weirder, they couldn't hear each other!
I am a new customer for less than a month, I selected your product because it supports 10 video feed and my team is all over the world and ....10 persons but so far our experienc with the official release is painful, everyday at least one or two have issues connecting, their webcam will not go online, or during the meeting (less than 30 minutes usually) their camera will drop or the audio will drop.
I was really looking forward to the beta to see any improvement but for tonight this is a huge setback.
Please let me know if you have another beta release later on because I will pass this one, it is unusable for me :(
Hi Daniel,
Your feedback is extremely valuable and we will move forward towards correcting the issues you are experiencing as a beta tester and with your existing Fuze Meeting Account. If anyone else is experiencing the same issue as Daniel Desjardins, please comment on this string.
The best way we can help you resolve the issues you are experiencing is by letting us see your meeting's error log. To provide us with the error log, click on the "Feedback" link on the upper right corner of your Fuze Meeting Screen while you are experiencing these issues. The "Feedback" link is located within the blue navigation bar. Simply put your mouse over the blue navigation bar at the top of your screen, click the "Feedback" link, and follow the instructions to send us your meeting's error log. Give me a call at 415-367-4584 if you need any help with this.
Also, Daniel, you came to the right place to leave your comments. As stated in the email I sent, "You can send us your feedback by emailing me directly or adding comments to our VoIP forum."
Once again, we appreciate your feedback so much. Daniel, would it be ok if we contacted you directly to help troubleshoot the issues you are experiencing?
My Best,
Khara

Best regards,
Daniel
Beta testers,
Thanks to your participation, we found one issue that should get fixed on beta in the next day or two. Pending verification of that fix, we should be on track to release the new VoIP to production on December 5th. Have a safe and happy holiday.
A fix for the issue reported on beta is now fixed. We are targeting a release of the new windows VoIP next week.
Hold on, it wasn't tested yet!!!
