start audio form this device not working

The new version of Fuzemeeting for android is not allowing to go into the audio conferencing bridge form the device.
Before the start audio form this device button was working. Now the selection is grayed out and won't let me click on it.
The only two differences that i have is that had an updated Fuzemeeting app.
And about the same time my phone had gotten an update of the operating system.
The device was at Android 2.2 and it upgraded to Android 2.3.4 (Gingerbread).
I would appreciate any help i can get.

HI Carroll, I realize you worked with Jesse regarding this issue via a support ticket, however, I would like to post his suggestion here for other users that may experience the same problem:
Are you using the same credentials on multiple devices at the same time? We tested successfully on an android device with 2.3.4 and the Fuze Meeting app ver. 2.0.5453.
If you are logging in as the moderator or host in the conference call from another device or computer, and use the same credentials in the android app, the audio will be disabled.
